We are three neurodiversity- affirming speech therapists and the hosts of Echo and Grow, a space where neurodivergent people are empowered and grow in their authentic self .

Like-minded, independent private practice owners came together with an aligned vision of supporting autistic and neurodivergent children in DFW and beyond. As separate practice owners, Rachel, Jency, and Tori all specialize in gestalt language processing, honoring echolalia as communication.

Our hope is that through Echo and Grow, neurodivergent children and parents’ voices are amplified, authentic connection and advocacy are increased daily. Let’s grow together!
